INTERNATIONAL RETURNS & EXCHANGES

International orders are prepared and shipped specifically according to the customer’s order and delivery information.

Unless mandatory consumer protection laws applicable to the transaction provide otherwise, international orders cannot be cancelled, returned or exchanged after the order has been dispatched.

Before placing an international order, customers are therefore advised to carefully check the product details, size, material information and delivery address.

If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, failure to receive the package or failure to complete applicable customs procedures, any return shipping, customs, tax, brokerage or other documented costs may be deducted from any amount refundable to the customer, where legally permissible.

This policy does not affect any mandatory rights that cannot legally be excluded under the laws applicable to the transaction.
